As the Walz Adminisration moves forward with its plan to adopt California Car standards, the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency has concluded its first step in the process - accepting requests on its intent to begin rulemaking. 

The comment period closed on Friday, December 6, and MADA submitted comments opposing the idea.  A copy of MADA's remarks can be found here.
