Session Success: MADA's Issues Prevail

MADA had one of its most productive legislative sessions in recent history.  We passed:

• An Increase in the Statutory Cap on the Doc Fee
• Retail Time Allowances for Warranty Reimbursement
• EV Rebates for Consumers
• Grants for Dealerships to Offset the Cost of EV Brand Certification Programs
• A Pathway to Reinstate Access to DVS Data 

The increase in the doc fee is the first of these new laws to become effective, which happens on July 1, 2023.
