Course Overview 

Title Basics provides the foundational knowledge required to successfully and confidently process title & registration transactions. This course will explore the components and procedures needed to complete the most frequent transactions, including commonly used forms, transaction types and applicable fees. 

After this course, attendees will be able to:

• Identify commonly used motor vehicle forms and their applications

• Process various types of transactions

• Determine applicable fees and proper allocation 

This course is recommended for new title clerks, billers, F&I managers and any dealership personnel who touches the title & registration process. 

MEET YOUR INSTRUCTOR - Aly Quinn, MADA Title Manager 

Before joining MADA, Aly spent 20+ years doing title work for various companies, including dealerships, White Bear Lake License Bureau, and CVR. Aly also creates and teaches the curriculum for MADA’s most popular course, Title Basics. We are delighted to have Aly’s expertise in house at MADA as she now educates and consults dealerships on how to create efficient title and registration processes.  In addition, Aly also spends two days a week guiding DVS on the creation and implementation of the state’s new MNDRIVE system.
