House Chrevrolet Expands to Owatonna

In January, Greg and Julie House of House Chevrolet in Stewartville purchased the Walser Automotive dealership in Owatonna. House has a long relationship with Walser CEO Paul Walser through MADA.
"While we heavy-heartedly leave the Owatonna community, we know the Chevrolet Buick Cadillac dealership is in good hands," Walser said in the release. "Greg House is a great leader in the Stewartville community, and I'm confident that he will be a great leader in Owatonna as well."
Walser is focusing its resources on expansion in the Twin Cities and Wichita, Kan., markets,
according to the release.
The Houses are digging in to make sure the transition goes smoothly. Julie House will work full time in Owatonna, while Greg will work at the Stewartville dealership and commute as needed.
"We're very happy to be in Owatonna: a great staff that's here, great community, and looking
forward to working with everybody," he said Tuesday at the dealership.
Although the dealership is under a new name, House said all warranties and service agreements will remain in effect for Walser customers.
