Minnesota Automobile Advertising Standards

MADA, GMADA and Better Business Bureau of Minnesota and North Dakota (BBB) have worked together since 1984 to create and promote an environment for automobile advertising in Minnesota that discourages deceptive and misleading ads.  This effort relies on a set of Automobile Advertising Standards which BBB looks to when monitoring and challenging dealer advertising.

The contact person at BBB for questions about the standards, prior to publication service or to complain about a competitor's ad is:

Steve Farr
Auto Industry Liaison
Direct: 651-695-2430
