In his years as a trainer, Michael has facilitated classes ranging from Commercial Lending and Consumer Underwriting to Sales and Compliance and is certified to lead courses related to presentation skills, communication, and individual temperament strengths. Michael attended Northwood University where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Automotive Marketing and Management.
