Mankato Motor Company has built two new facilities on Fern Lake Road in Mankato housing Mankato Volkswagen (2021 Fern Lake Road) and Mankato Nissan (2031 Fern Lake Road). Both dealerships have their own showrooms, offices and service centers with a shared parking lot. Mankato Chevrolet remains in the existing facility on Madison Avenue where all three franchises had been located, and is expected to be renovated next spring.
