MADA is a government relations organization concerned with laws and regulations that impact our franchised automobile and truck dealer members. The organization is involved in all facets of making and interpreting these laws and regulations.  MADA attorneys participate in these efforts:

• Influencing who makes the laws with our political action committee and campaign contributions.
• Representing franchised dealers in the legislative process with a full-time government affairs professional.
• Educating dealers about the requirements of newly passed laws and regulations.
• Routinely responding to member inquiries seeking legal guidance on a wide range of issues. 

MADA, in its own name or in support of an individual member, formally intervenes or financially supports a court action where laws of special interest to dealers are concerned.
